The Problem
The chosen website was facing several usability challenges that hindered an optimal user experience. On carrying out a critical site audit, we identified difficulties in navigating through the site, finding essential information, and completing desired actions. The existing UI lacked intuitive design elements which led to confusion and frustration among users.

To address these issues, I redesigned the user interface. The goal is to create a more user-friendly interface that enhances navigation, improves accessibility to key functionalities, and ultimately fosters a positive and efficient user experience. The redesign focuses on incorporating industry best practices, and modern design principles to create a visually appealing and intuitive UI that aligns with the website’s objectives and meets the diverse needs of the user.
